The Saroya Collection ships all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service), Monday through Friday in the Continental United States. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days from time of purchase.
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS and delivered within 2-4 days. Once the order has left the soap studio, you will receive tracking information via email to see where your package is every step of the way! For any questions related to your order, please email us at

The Saroya Collection handmade products come securely packaged.
Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Signature is not normally required for delivery.
Payment must be received at time of purchase
Returns
Absolutely NO RETURNS. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Soap and skincare is a personal care product, therefore we can not accept returns even unopened.
Our products are handcrafted, therefore each item is unique. Each soap may vary in weight due to the fact that they are handmade & hand cut. Most of our soaps range from 4 to 7 ounces each (smaller ones 2 to 4 ounces). Our prices are based on the lower weight & if you get a bar that weighs more that is an extra blessing for the price paid.
