Absolutely NO RETURNS. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Soap, Skincare and Body Care is a personal care product, therefore we can not accept returns even unopened.

Our products are handcrafted, therefore each item is unique. Each soap may vary in weight due to the fact that they are handmade & hand cut. Most of our soaps range from 4 to 7 ounces each, (for smaller soaps 2 to 3 ounces). Our prices are based on the lower weight & if you get a bar that weighs more that is an extra blessing for the price paid.
